Junior Financial Advisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish networks and cultivate referrals
  • Develop retirement plans to help reach financial goals
  • Identify and meet financial goals.
  • Provide financial solutions through fact gathering and needs analyses
  • Broaden and deepen your skill set through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates
  • Analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for helping clients meet financial objectives
  • Evaluate the client’s financial situation and identify investment objectives through a comprehensive and customized financial planning process
  • Deliver financial planning and investment management to own list of clients
  • Analyze and assess member/client’s financial situation and financial and investment services available to member/client
  • Identify and solve the financial needs of clients by offering investment products.

Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., People Person”) and a sincere desire to help others
  • Fearless, positive attitude, and willing to be accountable for results
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
  • The desire for continuous learning
  • Good communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner
  • Launch or advance financial planning career

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree in economics or business required; Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field preferred
  • Group Life and Health (preferred)
  • Security licenses 6 and 63 or 7 (preferred)
  • Security series 65 or 66 (preferred)
